We configure and deploy your NovexERP environment end-to-end — hardware selection, OS hardening, application installation, and initial data migration if needed.
Software updates
Every Novex release and OS security patch is applied during a scheduled maintenance window. No manual update process, no missed security fixes.
Automated backups
Daily encrypted backups retained for 30 days. Point-in-time restore on request. You can pull a backup export at any time — the data is yours.
Ongoing support
Direct access to the team that built the software. Ticket and email support for application and infrastructure questions, included for the life of your subscription.
