New to Novex?
Here's how the
pieces fit.
This page is not a re-hosted documentation site. It's a map — an ecosystem-level orientation showing how the pieces fit together, with links out to the canonical deep docs that live at each component's home. Start here, then follow the links to wherever you need to go.
The stack
How the pieces fit together.
Novex is a layered system. Each layer has one job and a clean interface to the layer above. You can run the full stack from one appliance or understand each piece independently.
NovexOS
The base. A from-scratch Linux appliance that ships every Novex service pre-integrated and ready to run — on hardware you own, no cloud provider required. This is the substrate everything else runs on.
NovexAPI
The shared runtime, REST/GraphQL API layer, and design system that powers the entire suite. Every product is built on one foundation — identity, search, docs, and UI that already work together. Build extensions here.
NovexERP
The main application. Inventory, lot tracking, BOMs, production runs, orders, shipping, compliance reporting, and marketplace integrations — all running on infrastructure you control. This is where your team works every day.
NovexMail
The mobile layer. A native Android mail client built to work seamlessly inside the Novex stack — secure email on infrastructure you own, off third-party servers. Extends reach to mobile without losing sovereignty.
Getting started
The shortest path to a running system.
Three steps from zero to a fully operational NovexERP appliance on your hardware.
Download the appliance
Grab the NovexOS bootable ISO. It includes everything — the base OS, NovexAPI runtime, and NovexERP — pre-integrated. The 90-day trial is identical to production: no feature gates.
Download the 90-day trial ISOBoot on your hardware or VM
Write the ISO to USB or mount it as a VM image. NovexOS handles its own partitioning and first-boot setup. Supports BIOS and UEFI, any x86-64 server.
See NovexOS — the appliance that ships the whole stackConfigure and go live
First boot drops you into a guided setup — company profile, user accounts, and the modules you need. Reference the NovexERP docs for configuration depth, or the NovexAPI reference for integrations.
